Now NEET UG counseling will be held in four phases, (MCC) has released the notice

New Delhi: The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has made an important announcement regarding NEET (UG) counseling 2021.

According to a special notice issued by the Committee on Saturday, 18 December 2021, on the official website, MCC.nic.in, on the basis of the results of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2021, Central Medical Institutions across the country in Medical and Dental Colleges of the States.

The counseling of the successful declared candidates for All India quota seats in UG courses will be conducted in four phases. According to the notice of MCC, similarly, for PG courses, the counseling process will be conducted by MCC in four phases.

No announcement on NEET UG counseling dates at present

Even though the stages have been mentioned in the notice regarding NEET UG 2021 counseling by MCC, the dates for the commencement of these stages have not been announced by the committee.

In such a situation, candidates keep visiting the official website from time to time for the NEET counseling 2021 schedule.

NEET Counseling 2021 is facing a lot of opposition due to the indefinite delay. The results for both the UG, PG courses were released sometime back and the counseling was expected to start soon.

However, due to some issues with EWS, OBC reservation in AIQ, Supreme Court put a stay on NEET PG counseling, and hence, delay in UG counseling was also expected.
