PM Narendra Modi on his South India campaign introduced T2 of Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru, South India’s first Vande Bharat Express train and Statue of Prosperity revering after Sri Nadaprabhu Kempegowda in Bengaluru.
PM Modi presented various development treats to the Bengaluru on his arrival accompanying with Union Minister of Railways Ashwini Vaishnav, Karnataka CM Bommai and Karnataka Governor Thawwar Chand Gehlot.
PM Modi and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav launched South India’s first Vande Bharat Express train connecting Mysuru-Chennai via Bengaluru. They further flagged off Bharat Gaurav Kashi Darshan Train at KSR Railway Station in Bengaluru.
The Statue of Prosperity unveiled by PM Modi is around 108 meter long bronze statue to commemorate the legacy of Founder of Bengaluru Sri Nadaprabhu Kempegowda.
Terminal 2 of Kempegowda International Airport is another name in the list. The project is further inaugurated by PM Modi and as per the statement issued by PMO, this Airport terminal is designed to present tribute to the Garden City of Bengaluru. The passengers will experience the beauty of Bengaluru via travelling through 10,000+ sqm of green walls, outdoor and hanging gardens as seen in the tweet by PM Modi attached below.
PM Narendra Modi is currently on four Southern state visit covering Karnataka’s Bangaluru, Tamil Nadu’s Dindigul, AP’s Vishakhapatnam and Telengana’s Ramagundam. During this scheduled south tour, PM Narendra Modi will inaugurate multiple projects.
