Tata officially takes over Air India, victory for Modi government

After around 69 years out of power, the Maharaja finally returned to the Air India, India’s largest organization. It took more than twenty years and three attempts for the Agency to finally give up its airline Air India.

The successful conclusion of the treaty, the country’s first major step towards privatization in almost two decades, is a major victory for the Narendra Modi government.

The move also marks the return of indebted Air India, first introduced in 1932 by former Tata Group Chairman JRD Tata as the country’s first carrier, a flying mail between Karachi India in undivided India, which was controlled by Britain and Bombay.

After the launch of Air India, Tata Sons Chairman N Chandrasekharan said, “We are very pleased that the process is over and we are happy that Air India has returned to Tata Group. We look forward to going with everyone to build a world-class airline. “

Now, Tata Group is reportedly going to make major changes and focus on improving Air India’s Timely Performance. Emphasis will be placed on ensuring that all Air India flights depart on time.

Tata Group has planned a few more changes. There will be changes in living arrangements and clothing for domestic workers. Tata is a leading player in the hotel business and will prioritize improving food quality at the airline, according to reports.

Industry Ratan Tata’s recorded message will also be played on board on all Air India flights.
