New Delhi: It looks like the dispute between P Jain and P Jain between the Samajwadi Party and the BJP in Uttar Pradesh is not going to end anytime soon.
Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav recently said that his party’s legal department would soon file an FIR against BJP’s IT director Amit Malviya for posting a misleading tweet about his party to defame before parliamentary elections.
The tweet in question contains a picture of Akhilesh Yadav, his wife Dimple Yadav, and some members of the SP, including Abhishek Misra and MLC Pushparaj Jain, among others.
The caption reads: “In 2015 Akhilesh Yadav led a delegation to Grasse in France on the grounds that a perfume park must be built in Kannauj. In this photo, you can see his friend, a perfume businessman, whose stacks of money were buried under the floor and found hidden in the walls.
This was the wealth stolen from the people of UP. ” The case was the classic P Jain vs P Jain, with several including the BJP targeting the perfume dealer and Pushparaj Jain in place of Piyush Jain.
Party leader Samajwadi said the perfumer whose property the cash was confiscated and who was subsequently arrested is Piyush Jain, not pictured.
SP MLC and Samajwadi perfume maker Pushparaj are often confused with Piyush Jain, a Kanpur perfume entrepreneur arrested for tax evasion and in possession of Rs 177 billion was in cash.
“BJP se jhoota koi Nahi Hai Jhoot baantne wala koi nahi (There is no greater liar than BJP, they spread lies),” said Akhilesh.
