Rizwan Abdul, ISIS Operative with ₹3 Lakh Bounty, Arrested in Delhi

A terrorist linked to the Islamic State (ISIS) with a bounty of ₹3 lakh on his head, Rizwan Abdul, has been arrested by the Delhi Police’s Special Cell. Abdul, a resident of Jammu and Kashmir, was apprehended from the Sarai Kale Khan area in Delhi.

According to the police, Abdul was involved in various terror activities and was in touch with ISIS handlers. He was also suspected to be planning a terror attack in the national capital.
