CAROL Vorderman has come under fire from fans for using real snakes as part of a TV segment.
The presenter, 62, underwent a bizarre beauty treatment which involved her being ‘massaged’ by the reptiles as she stood in to host Steph’s Packed Lunch.

She was left screaming as producers placed four snakes on her back, with the reptiles supposed to release endorphins and massage her skin.
As Carol lay down for the treatment, she made clear she wasn’t feeling relaxed in the slightest.
She exclaimed: “It’s not massaging me at all! That’s horrible. Oh my God, where’s that going?”
Those watching at home were not impressed that she was using the snakes and took to Twitter to complain.
One person wrote: “Poor snakes, what did they do to deserve that screeching.”
A second said: “Stop using animals in tv stunts ffs!”
While a third added: “Snakes are not playthings”, and a fourth said: “Not the snakes – poor creatures.”
“Sorry, but no animal should ever be the unwilling participants in any ‘trend’,” commented someone else.
The odd beauty segment also saw Carol get a facial from some snails.
She closed her eyes as two were placed on her face and allowed to slither freely – leaving viewers squirming.
