COURTNEY Vance and Aadi Alahan face the consequences of their month-long affair after it was exposed on Coronation Street this week.
Darren Vance’s wife Courtney (played by Stephanie Davis) seduced 18-year-old Aadi (Adam Hussain) earlier this year and despite their age gap, the pair have been carrying on an illicit affair.

The pair have been seeing each other behind Darren’s back for over a month[/caption]
However, their romance was exposed this week after Darren (Ryan Early) admitted to Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) that he and Courtney have been having marriage problems and he suspects she’s having an affair.
Amy Barlow (Elle Mulvaney), who heard the conversation, warns Courtney but shortly after Dev catches his son kissing the boss’ wife at the celebratory business lunch.
It’s not long before things are completely out in the open and Darren is fully apprised of the situation.
With Courtney now staying with Aadi and his family, Dev does his best to persuade his son to make things right in hopes that he can still salvage the Freshco business deal with Darren.
However, Aadi’s clearly smitten with Courtney and thrilled when she says her relationship with Darren is over for good.
Courtney then tells Aadi that this is a chance for them to make a go of it.
As these scenes have played out, viewers have been left questioning what she was playing at getting involved with the teenager – next week’s episodes might reveal some answers.
It seems that Courtney is moving in for good.
After failing to persuade his son to call things off with Courtney, Dev and Aadi have a conversation about how she can contribute to the household while staying with them.
Later, Aadi suggests to Courtney that she pay her share of the bills since they’re marking the arrangement permanent.
However, she evades the question. If she’s not going to keep staying with Aadi, what is Courtney planning next?
