EMMERDALE fans want Lydia Dingle’s rape storyline axed – after she was put through more trauma in tonight’s episode.
The cleaner – who is played by actress Karen Blick in the ITV soap – was raped by her boss Craig earlier this month.

Viewers have watched as Craig has inserted himself into Lydia’s life, trying to gaslight her into thinking they had consensual sex.
In tonight’s episode, Lydia was horrified to find Craig at her house again, trying to give her money.
He told her he was in love with her and he wanted them to be together so he could give her the life she deserved.
She begged him to leave her alone but he wouldn’t so she made a decision and went to the police station.
Speaking to a specially trained office, Lydia struggled to get the words out – but told her: “My family all love him, they love him.
“Sam’s going away and he thinks it’s a sign. He’s going to come round and I’m going to be on my own and I won’t be able to stop him.
“Sam’s going to hate me. He’s never going to look at me the same. He trusted me and…
“He’s in my house with them all. I love my family, I can’t lose them, they’re all I’ve got.”
Sam called and Lydia panicked but the officer tried to reassure her, giving her her card and asking her to come back whenever she’s ready.
Lydia went home and found Craig hosting a card game with the Dingles and it was too much for Lydia.
She walked in to the kitchen and began silently sobbing without her family realising what was going on.
