Locals say the posh south-west London area now “smells like cannabis” – just hours after their arrival.
Some have also complained about “rubbish being thrown everywhere”.
The average price for homes surrounding the green space is £3.5million.
Hollywood actor Tom Hardy, plus TVs Amanda Holden and Sir David Attenborough are among celebrities who live in Richmond.
Concerned local Jack, 32, said: “We want them gone. They travel constantly, commandeering land and treating it like s**t.
”I’m very disgruntled. It stinks of cannabis too – the entire green.
“There’s human s**t by the trees, and rubbish thrown everywhere.
“The vehicles are speeding rather fast, surrounded by young children.
“I’m fuming.”
A spokesman for Richmond Council said it was aware of the group.
They added: “Unauthorised encampments breach our Public Space Protection Orders which prohibit unauthorised access and camping on our open spaces.
“We have started the welfare checks and legal process to move them on.”
In May, travellers were evicted from nearby Kew Green – just two and half miles and a 13-minute drive away.
