A FLIGHT attendant quit her dream job to work in McDonald’s – and now she earns more cash.
Saffron Laszkowicz traded in jetting across the globe with Ryanair for flipping burgers but says she couldn’t be happier.
The young girl, from Doncaster, picked up a job at Maccies three years ago before ditching it to go into cabin crew training.
In a TikTok, she said: “I started working at McDonald’s in December 2020 during Covid, I had nothing to do because we were in lockdown.”
But, the following year she decided to make the leap, and applied for a career on-board with the budget airline.
After six weeks of intense training, Saffron was left with empty pockets, and turned to her former fast-food chain for help.
“I realised I wasn’t earning as much as I used to so decided to go back to McDonald’s part time in October 2022,” she added.
The stewardess tried to juggle serving passengers on flights and hungry customers in the drive-thru, but it became too much.
