The North Korean Cabinet’s first order of 2026 focused on “producing results” to make the Ninth Party Congress shine as a “victor’s congress,” Daily NK has learned. “The first order in the name of the Cabinet this year was issued to people’s committees of all levels, enterprises, and farms early this month,” a source in South Pyongan province told Daily NK recently.
