Violence triggers in Kerala, after Centre Bans PFI

Violence outbreak in several parts of Kerala after ED, CBI raids and Union nod for banning PFI (Popular Front of India). Local Muslim mob of the Kerala carried out violent protests all over the city and the state.

Several buses attacked, shops in Kochi vandalized and stone pelting occurred in the state and city.

PFI further called Bharat Bandha in Kerala against continuous raids by Central agencies and arrest of organization’s prominent members. The protest gets violent in the several cities including Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kozhikode, Wayanad, and Alappuzha.

The PFI members also hurled the petrol bomb at RSS Office in Kannur.

Depressed by continuous raids upon the organization, the members started violent protest and planning to carry out deadly moves against the nation through their other organizations
