Assam Government Deports Two Bangladeshi Nationals for Illegal Stay

Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has announced that two Bangladeshi nationals, who were detected in the state, have been sent back to their home country. This move is part of the state government’s ongoing efforts to identify and deport illegal immigrants.

The Chief Minister made this announcement, stating that the two individuals were found to be living in Assam without proper documentation. Following their detection, the necessary formalities were completed, and they were repatriated to Bangladesh.

This development is in line with the state government’s commitment to addressing the issue of illegal immigration, which has been a long-standing concern in Assam. The government has been working to identify and deport those who are living in the state without proper authorization.

The Assam government’s efforts to tackle illegal immigration have been ongoing, with regular drives and checks being conducted to identify those living in the state without proper papers. The government’s goal is to ensure that only genuine Indian citizens are living in the state, and that the rights and benefits meant for them are not misused by others.
