Hungary and Slovakia earlier confirmed that oil deliveries have been halted
The head of Ukraine’s UAV forces has claimed that Kiev’s drones have disabled the Russian pipeline, which delivers oil to Hungary and Slovakia.
Both Budapest and Bratislava confirmed earlier that supplies via the Soviet-era Druzhba pipeline, which runs through Ukraine, had been suspended. Russia has not confirmed the attack
“The Druzhba pipeline is out of service. The flow of oil has been completely halted indefinitely,” Robert Brovdi, commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, wrote on Telegram on Monday evening.
He said Ukrainian drones had struck the Nikolskoye pumping station in Russia’s Tambov region, southwest of Moscow.
