New Delhi – H1B visa enrollments would start on March 1 and remain open until March 18, 2022.
During this period, prospective petitioners and representatives may submit their registrations through the online H1B registration system, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in a press release.
“USCIS assigns a confirmation number to each record submitted for the FY 2023 H1B limit. This number is used solely for tracking records. You cannot use this number to track the status of your case on Case Status Online,” he said.
“Prospective petitioners subject to the H1B limit, or their representatives, must use a myUSCIS online account to electronically register each beneficiary for the selection process and pay the associated $10 H1B registration fee for each registration, filed on behalf of each beneficiary’s own records (US employer and U.S.’s agents, collectively referred to as “Registrars”, use a “Registrar” account.
Registrants can create new accounts on February 21 at 12:00 p.m. ET,” he added. Potential petitioners or their representatives can submit records for multiple payees in a single online session.
The account allows them to prepare, edit and save draft registrations before final payment is made and each registration is submitted,” the statement said.
