Telangana BJP MLA T Raja Singh taken under Police custody again by Telangana Police after protests breaks in the state, on the other hand, leaked tape claimed Asaduddin Owaisi inciting protestors to spread hate and fanaticism.
T Raja Singh has been arrested by Police in previous cases under Section 41A. Both the FIR’s were from February and April respectively.
Reportedly, Telangana Government guide police to arrest T Raja Singh in any matter as claimed by Raja Singh.
Telangana Police has arrested few protestors involved in hate speeches such as “Gustakh-e-Nabi Ki Ek Hi Saza Sar Tan Se Juda” and several other provocative comments.
AIMIM Party Coordinator and other leaders also found in the protests shouting hateful or bigot slogans.
Several Congress leaders such as Feroz Khan and Rashid Khan found inciting people to take law in hands and punish T Raja Singh according to Sharia law.
Earlier, T Raja Singh was awarded 14 days Judicial Custody but, got released on bail.
