New Delhi: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has extended the last date to apply for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2023).
Previously scheduled to close on Friday, September 30, the GATE 2023 registration window will now remain open until October 4.
Candidates can now apply online for GATE 2023 at gate.iitk.ac.in till October 4 without any late registration fee GATE 2023.
Qualified candidates of GATE 2023 can apply for admission in engineering or science graduate programs. GATE 2023 is scheduled to be held on the 4th, 5th, 11th, and 12th of February.
“Date for regular registration is extended to October 4, 2022,” read a statement on the gate.iitk.ac.in website.
GATE 2023 will be conducted this year for 29 posts. In addition to the 29 papers, candidates can also choose two paper combinations from the given list of paper combinations in the GATE application process.
However, the final allotment of the two GATE 2023 papers will depend on the availability of infrastructure and timings.
Each paper of GATE 2023 carries a total of 100 marks, General Aptitude (GA) is common to all papers (15 marks) and the rest of the paper covers the respective syllabus (85 marks).

- Upload required documents including scanned images of photographs and signature.
