Khalistani Leader and Waris Punjab De Chief Amritpal Singh releases nearly 40 minute long video in which the former found spreading hate and inflaming.

Amritpal Singh is reportedly in Punjab’s unknown Gurudwara. The local police personnel’s and security agencies are on his hunt.
