Security forces deployed at the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) headquarters at Nagpur, Maharashtra after the latter receives bomb threats by unknown caller.
A phone call regarding blowing up of RSS headquarter received at the police station at around 1 PM. Bomb Detection and Disposal Squad (BDDS) along with dog squad conducted a study of the premise but, found nothing daring or suspicious said, DCP Zone III, Gorakh Bhamre.
The patrolling of the area triggered after the threats as a precautionary measure. The police has also started investigation regarding the matter as they commenced tracking of the unidentified caller.
The tracking of other residents also happening as a security measure.
The RSS has currently more than 60 Lakh active workers all over the nation making it India’s biggest organization. Thus, the security of managing authority is essential.
