We, the BHIM (Bhartiya Human Rights Initiative on Marginalized) successfully organized our first ever public session on 4th December, 2024 on the topic, “Human Rights Law: Indian Prespective,” at Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. In collaboration with Debate and Discussion Society, CLC we organized this event in which our esteemed chief guest Acting Chairperson of NHRC (National Human Rights Commission), Vijaya Bharathi Sayani Ji graced the event and showered her experience and intellect in this highly penetrative and engaging session.
Our Head Adv. O.P. Vyas also presented his thoughts, field experience and conceptual knowledge about Human Rights Law and its dimensions in this splendid session. Our esteemed speakers put forth several Human rights issues and communicated them in a simple and layman language so that people could relate it. NHRC Chairperson Vijaya Bharathi Sayani and Adv. O.P. Vyas corelated the Human rights law with special historical references as well as the ideals of Sanatan Dharm that made this session treat to watch for the audience.
