A savvy shopper named Leon Murray rushed online to money-saving Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK to show off the stunning lights he nabbed for just £5 – and they’re perfect for transforming your outdoor space in an instant.

The 20 mains operated warm white LED bulb string lights originally retailed at £25 but have since been slashed in the sale to just £5 – meaning a whopping £20 saving.

Alongside the image, the chuffed shopper penned: “B&M had these advertised at £25 on the sale shelf, so I questioned it’s sale price and the sale price was confirmed to be actually £5.

“I couldn’t believe it (this was tonight).”

The hugely discounted LED bulb string lights are ideal for anyone looking to light up their outdoor haven in style.

And the best part? They’re super easy to use and just need hanging along the fence or wall.

The post has since garnered several likes and comments, with many rushing to nab the bargain buy for themselves.

Showing off a photo of her lit up garden, a thrilled customer named Cheryl Armstrong penned: “I bought 3 sets.

“My garden now looks like a landing pad. Chuffed with them for £5 and you can join them together too.”

A second wrote: “I got some!”

A third commented: “We got 4 sets and you can join them together and use one plug.”

Meanwhile, a fourth wrote: “Bought 4 boxes 2 weeks ago. Not figured out where to put them yet lol.”

A further added: “They had these in Chelmsford last week 4 boxes left I was tempted but no where to put them great bargain though.”

Another advised: “If you have the B&M app you can scan all the stuff you buy.

“Had loads of bargains. Got the fence lights for a fiver for 10 of them.”

A further added: “I bought the coloured ones at £2 a box last week, 3 boxes.”

And it’s not the first time shoppers have been running to B&M to get their hands on a total bargain.

Fabulous previously told how parents were running to the store in a bid to get their hands on a £75 bouncy castle for just £20.

A woman named Isobel picked up a 6ft bouncy castle for just £20 in the Bedford B&M and wrote: “Still online at studio for £75.

“This was the last one but had other inflatable items all marked down too.”
