ASHLEY HARKLEROAD might have to pull the plug on bathroom selfies like this.

Fans claimed their “phones exploded” as the tennis star-turned-Playboy model pushed Instagram guidelines by going nude.

The Californian, 38, tapped into her core audience with a sideways pose perched in front of a bath.

And Harkleroad even hinted to her 128,000 Instagram followers the shot could be the curtain-opener for more exciting photos.

She wrote: “So many pics I don’t post anymore…but not today.”

One fan gushed: “I have had a crush on you since you were 16 and I have to say, you are ageing like fine wine! Still Playboy cover worthy.”

Another wrote: “Wow that’s a way to start a morning… Beautiful as always.”

Harkleroad made history in 2008 as the first active tennis ace to pose topless for Playboy magazine, before quitting playing four years later.

And she’s served up a regular diet of exotic snaps since then.

She said at the time: “I’m proud of my body. I was representing a female athlete’s body.”

And fans believe her new bathroom pic proves she is still “as gorgeous as always”.
