Instagram down updates — Thousands of users report issues with their social media account on app and website

OVER 1,000 users are reporting issues accessing Instagram.

The spike in outages began at 11am, when reports peaked from 100 to over 1,100, per Downdetector.

A majority of problems are associated with the mobile app, however, some users are struggling to access the Instagram website as well.
