Kejriwal invites late Parikar’s son Utpal Parikar after BJP denied ticket

Arvind Kejriwal invites Former Goa CM and Defense Minister Manohar Parikar’s son Utpal Parikar to contest on AAP’s ticket. Utpal Parrikar wished to contest from Panjim but, BJP denied stating that sitting MLA will contest from the seat.

Devendra Fadnavis said will find out alternative option for Utpal very soon. We offered him another seat but, he denied to contest on that. During early morning hours, BJP announced 34 names to contest in Goa assembly elections. Sitting CM Pramod Sawant successfully retained Sanquelim assembly seat.

Taking advantage of the misconception within party, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal approached Utpal Parrikar to contest on AAP’s ticket.

Earlier, Arvind Kejriwal also named Advocate Amit Palekar as Goa CM face.

The Goa assembly polls became interesting with the entry of AAP, Shiv Sena- NCP alliance and TMC.
