Generation Change over Time along with Intellectual Evolution
A Lot of changes take place within the people according to changing times, such as methods, ideologies, beliefs, and overall behavior. when such changes occur between two generations, we call it a generation gap.
It is often seen that our thoughts are completely different from our parents the generation gap depends on the situation if we talk about India, there is a big difference between the pre-independence and post-independence generation and those who born in the 21 century are different in terms of ideology than those born in the last century because there is a huge difference between the situation at that time and the settlement now.
How every region of the world is changing, in the same way, people’s thoughts are also changing. In 1960 The principle of population was introduced.
This theory was introduced because there was a lot of difference between the views of the younger generation and their parents at that time.
Under This theory, some questions were asked to the younger generations and their parents which were related to religious beliefs, political views, moral values, and relationship advice. In response to almost every question, the younger generations were different from the answers of their parents.

People crave privacy these days that is why people stay away from a joint family, but in olden times, people consider joint family like their family.

It has been observed that different generations of people behave differently generations were classified into different categories based on their views, beliefs this classification is expanded in this way-
1. CONSERVATIVE
people of this generation do not hesitate to take directions from people
above them and live in love with people younger than themselves and like to tell about the events of their life. These people were born before 1946.
2. BABY BOOMERS
people of this generation take full care of their children because most of
them do not live comfortably, they make sure that their children get everything they want. These
people were born between 1946 and 1955.
3. GENERATIONS X
people of this generation like to do their work in their way and make an
identity with their work. These people were born between 1965 and 1980.
4. GENERATIONS Y
People of this generation have just entered the working-age and like to
work in places where they are interested unlike traditional litigants, who change their jobs quite frequently. These people were born between 1981 and 1999.
HOW IS THE GENERATION GAP APPARENT?
1. JOINT FAMILY AND SMALL FAMILY
The earlier generations preferred to live with the joint
family but the present generation does not like to live with the joint family because today’s generations want to maintain privacy. That’s why they leave their joint family and go to some other place.
2. LANGUAGE
If a person from the previous speaks to the youth of today, then some of his
words are out of his comprehension because of the generations gap, there has been a change in the language being used along with this, many new words have been added in the language.
3. GESTURE
People of the old generations used to be loyal to their officers. They used to work in his direction but today’s generation is open-minded. She doesn’t like to work under anyone for this reason many new entrepreneurs have been created.
4. BEHAVIOR TOWARDS WOMEN
In the olden times, women were less independent they used to handle only the housework and men from outside work but due to the changing of time women handle the housework as well as the outside work both.
HOW TO OVERCOME THE PROBLEMS OF THE GENERATION GAP?
If the new generations reveal their ideas well to the old generation and explain them, then we can erase the generation gap because those who belong to the previous generation, should understand that the new generation, of course, their views will be different because they are born in different times due to this it is natural for their ideas to be incompatible.
If today’s generation considers their parents as friends and shares all the problems then it solved many problems. parents should try to understand their children’s points of view by not debating their views it can also eliminate the generation gap.

If there is no concept of a generation gap in the world, then the world is very different. Each generation sets its fashion trends, talks in its preferred language, accelerate the development of science and technology, and discovers new inventions. although we can reduce the problems caused by it to some extent.
