It started when Ten Hag blamed Sancho’s performances in training for the reason who was left out of his squad that lost 3-1 at Arsenal.
The forward then spoke out to claim he was being used as a “scapegoat” which saw him axed from United’s setup.
Sancho is believed to have been given the chance to return if he apologised to his manager – something is is said to have snubbed.
It leaves the player’s Old Trafford future in doubt and according to the Daily Star, United are ready to sell the outcast on the cheap.
And they could even look to flog the 23-year-old ex-Borussia Dortmund star in January.
United were most recently beaten 3-1 at home to Brighton and beforehand Ten Hag refused to say if Sancho will play for the club again.
He confessed: “I don’t know.
“I’m sitting here and we have a big game, we are going into a new block of games, many games in a condensed programme. I focus on that.”
The Dutchman insisted he had to take a stand against Sancho after his behaviour.
He said: “It’s in favour of the team.
“That is what my decision is based on. That is not about me, and to be strict. No. This is in favour of the team.”
